Recently it has been observed that certain entities have issued misleading advertisement for luring innocent Indian students for admissions in MBBS from foreign universities. It is also mentioned in such advertisement that ‘recognition of degree by MCI would be in accordance with MCI act 13 (4B) through screening test’. It has also been mentioned that the foreign universities will offer the degrees with study partly in India and partly in foreign universities.
