Application are invited for sports scholarships for the year 2006 – 07 from sports persons studying in schools/colleges/universities who have secured first/second/third position in individual events or winner / runner up position in team events in below mentioned recognized competition held between 1.1.2005 to 31-12-2005: -

Scholarships at Rs.10, 200/- per annum each to regular college / university students for sports achievements in international / senior / junior national / AIIU / national school games. Those securing positions at state level or in inter college competitions are not considered under this category.
