MCI Debars 25 Medical Teachers
Kozhikode: Mushroom ing of private self-financing medical colleges in southern states, including Kerala, has put the Medical Council of India (MCI) on guard against teachers who claim employment at more than one medical college at the same time.
Signaling a clear warning in this regard, the Council has debarred 25 medical teachers till July 31, 2007. Names of these doctors, including three from the State, have been temporarily erased from the Indian Medical Register and the list has been put on MCI’s website.
