New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has refused to disclose cutoff marks for various subjects sought by Civil Services exam candidates through Right to Information (RTI) applications.
The Commission maintains that disclosure would violate its ‘‘crucial secrets and intellectual property’’ and ‘‘irreparably undermine the integrity, strength, and efficacy of the competitive public examination system of paramount significance’’.
