City Hospital launches Distance Education Center

Coimbatore: Facilities such as advanced medical treatment should reach people of all segments of the society, emphasized E Ahamed State Minister for External Affairs, Government of India.

He was inaugurating the GEM Global Tele Live Surgery and the Distance Education Centre at GEM Hospital here on Saturday.

The digital distance education center would be linked with the medical college hospitals in Bangalore, Kanur, Hyderabad and Chennai besides the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
