Launched Three Day Awareness Campaign on Indian Navy

Tuticorin: The INS Kattabomman, a naval station based at South Vijayanarayanam in Tirunelveli district, launched a three-day awareness campaign on 'Indian Navy', at a function held at V.O.C. College here on Wednesday.

Official sources said that the campaign has been organised as part of the Navy Week celebrations.

A team of naval and NCC officers, led by Lieutenant G. Arun, would disseminate the prowess of Navy to students of colleges in Tuticorin, Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari districts.
