Andaman IGNOU Centre Records a Rare Feat
Port Blair: The Regional Centre of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Andaman and Nicobar Islands has recorded 78 percent retaining rate, which experts claim is an exceptional achievement.
"This is the first IGNOU centre in the country which have such a retaining rate. I believe this is better than many full-time universities' S.Saunand, IGNOU Regional Director, Regional Centre, Port Blair, told reporters here on Sunday.
