ICT Academy to come up by Next September
Chennai: The State Government, along with the Centre and leading information and communication technology companies, will set up an ICT academy by next September with an initial investment of Rs.20 crore.
The private-public partnership project is at an advanced stage of getting stakeholders together and incorporating the Section 25 company, which will run the academy, according to Information Technology Secretary C. Chandramouli. At an informal level, three or four ICT companies have agreed to participate in the plan.
