Pachaiyappa’s College closed indefinitely

Chennai: Classes have been suspended indefinitely at Pachaiyappa’s College in the city following continuing student unrest over the suspension of 10 students who had allegedly indulged in violence on the campus. The authorities of the college put up a board outside the main gate on Monday announcing the indefinite closure. Students who had returned to college after the weekend returned home on seeing the message. Classes had been initially suspended on Thursday and Friday.
