Minister hints at common law for all universities in TN
Tiruchy: Minister for higher Education Dr.K.Ponmudi on Wednesday said that the State Government was evolving a common law to cover all the 20 universities dotting the state.
Talking to reporters here, he said, an expert committee had been formed to formulate the details of the law and the government was very keen to implement it before the ensuring academic year. He also said the law would also lay emphasis on research activities, for enhancing the horizon of higher education.
