New Courses at Marudhar Kesari Jain College

Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women Vaniyambadi, has decided to introduce to undergraduate and one postgraduate course from the academic year 2007-2008. The course are B.A. (English), B.Sc. (Biotechnology) and M.Sc. (Biotechnology). With the proposed courses, the college will be offering a total number of 10 undergraduate and five postgraduate courses.

Principal D. Karnnakan says more courses will be introduced in future, as the institution is the only arts college that caters to higher education of girl students from.

Vaniyambadi and Tirupattur. The college has 900 students on its rolls, and offers Internet facility for its students. The college, attached to Thiruvallur University, has been continuously producing good results. Last academic year, a B.Sc. Computer Science student secured a university rank.
