Attention: Students Seeking Admission To Technical Education Programmes 1. Scheme of Tuition Fee Waiver for women, economically backward and physically handicapped, meritorious students: The Council has announced a scheme vide notification No.37-3/Legal/2007 dated April 2007 under section (10(e) of the AICTE Act on merit to provide tuition fee waiver up to 10% of students sanctioned in a discipline in the ratio of 2:3:1 for women, economically backward and physically handicapped students respectively in all AICTE approved technical institutions offering bachelor degree programmes in Engineering, Pharmacy, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Architecture, Applied Arts and Crafts and Diploma level programmes of 3 year duration in all disciplines.
