Life skills Education for SC/ST Students
Coimbatore: A three-day training camp on life skills was organized for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students in schools in and around Kuniamuthur here at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School recently.
Students from weak economic background were selected for the camp. "Their quality of life is rather low, and have no other opportunity to attend similar workshops," said Ganesh Murthy, Training Coordinator, Perur Block. Nearly 50 students from over eight schools participated in the workshop.
