Computer center in Salem: ICAI
Salem: The institute of Chartered Accounts of India is to establish a center for excellence for chartered accountancy students at Coimbatore shortly.
Announcing the decision, V Murali, chairman of Board of studies, ICAI, said the new center for excellence in Coimbatore and a computer center proposed for Salem would cater to the academic in the region.
Addressing an audience of around 800 students from 25 city schools at a career guidance programme on chartered accountancy – new scheme of education and training held at sona college of technology on Monday, he said that students can become chartered accountants by undergoing an integrated theoretical instruction and practical training
