Government Aided Private School Teachers Continue in Service on Re-Employment

They can continue in service till May 31 of the corresponding year

Madurai: Government or Government-Aided private school teachers attaining the age of superannuation on any date after the first day of June are entitled to continue in service on re-employment basis until May 31 of the corresponding year, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has ruled.
