Coimbatore: In the 18 science disciplines the university had offered examinations, city colleges had produced toppers only in six, while the rest had gone to colleges in Erode, Tirupur and Udhagamandalam. Erode colleges had toppers in six disciplines, Tirupur in five and Udhagamandalam got one. Among the toppers, women outshone the men taking 16.
