Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Developed Special Education

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) to make joint efforts in promoting and implementing extension training and education programmes for the empowerment of special target groups.

The agreement was signed recently by K. Laxman, registrar, IGNOU and J. P. Singh, Member Secretary, RCI, in the presence of V.N. Rajasekharan Pillai, vice-chancellor, IGNOU, and RCI chairman Ian Cardozo.
