Environment Quiz 2007 for School Childrens
Chennai: In an attempt to encourage students to look critically at environmental challenges, the U.S. Consulate General here organised an environment quiz for high school students here on Wednesday.
A total of 54 students from 30 city schools participated in ‘Environment Quiz 2007’.
Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony, U.S. Consul-General in Chennai David T. Hopper said it was important to have the courage to come up on stage and give answers, many right and a few incorrect ones. He commended the students on their initiative.
